Our Mission
The Newton Community Educational Foundation exists to fund innovative educational programs in our schools. The Newton Community Schools provide children with an excellent education. However, it is difficult for teachers to obtain funding for classroom projects which go “beyond the basics.” The Foundation believes these extra programs inspire, motivate and challenge our children to excellence in the classroom and beyond. It is our purpose to provide these enriched learning experiences for every child in the Newton Community Schools.
