Thank you for taking the time to visit us here at NCEF. There is no substitute for a quality education, and our goal is to assist the teachers in Newton, Iowa.

Classrooms are filled with students wanting to learn, and we are there to work with the educators to identify the needs that they have to create a rich and successful learning environment.

Our mission at NCEF is a simple one, to work with the teachers and to encourage the students so our schools in Newton are the best we can offer.
